What you'll find at this year's Denver Gem & Mineral Show:   The theme of this year's 42nd annual Denver Gem & Mineral Show is "Fossils - Windows to the Past." In addition to 130 gem and mineral dealers selling their wares, every year the show highlights competitive and non-competitive exhibits from individuals and museums. Presentations given daily by some of the world's foremost experts in geology, paleontology and lapidary arts. Don't miss the fluorescent room demonstrations featuring ten showcases of fluorescent items from around the world. And there are plenty of kids activities such as free gold panning and a treasure hunt.
