Most shows have educational offerings during their show one that I love to attend is the special "Collector's Day" at the Westward Look Mineral Show. Yes, it is a little bit of a drive but well worth the drive - and the view from the Catalina foothills is spectacular! These are Museum grade displays and this show attracts the best and brightest in the Industry....it almost as much fun to catch the crowd as the displays!
This year's featured collector is the Rice Northwest Rock & Mineral Museum, in keeping with their Museum Theme.
